This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Third International Conference on Test and Proofs, TAP 2009, held in Zurich, Switzerland, in July 2009. The 10 revised full papers presented together with 2 keynote talks were carefully reviewed and selected from 20 submissions. The papers cover the area of convergence of software proofing and testing and feature current research work that combines ideas from both areas for the advancement of software quality.
